SERVICE-DIVISION-IMAGE

Service division

Inspections, repairs, and emergency response.

Our service group works on equipment we sold and equipment we did not. Technicians are factory-trained on Donaldson Torit collectors and Yale hoists, and the panel shop is UL 508A listed, so control work does not have to leave the building.

  • OSHA 1910.179 crane inspections — periodic and frequent, on annual, semi-annual, or monthly intervals, with a written report and a repair list you can act on
  • Load testing and certification for cranes, hoists, slings, rigging, and below-the-hook devices
  • Dust collector inspections covering tubesheet, filter condition, gaskets, solenoids, diaphragms, timer board, and amp readings
  • Modernization — control upgrades, brake and light retrofits, runway electrification, re-spans, gearbox rebuilds
  • Operator training with in-plant testing, rigging and hook assessment, and a license issued on completion
