CONTROLS
UL 508A panel shop, in house.
Motor and process control panels, PLC programming, airflow control, and collector monitoring. Drawings, build, and power-on testing happen under one roof, so the panel that arrives matches the schematic.

PANEL SHOP
Built to the print, tested under power.
Every panel ships with AutoCAD schematics and is energized and tested before it leaves. Hazardous location work includes intrinsically safe circuit extensions where the classified area extends past the enclosure.
- Motor range from 0.25 HP to 500 HP
- Enclosure ratings: NEMA 3, 4, 4X, 7, and 9
- UL 508A listed industrial control panels, built to the National Electric Code
- Process and motor control panels with Ethernet, HMI panels, operator consoles, push button stations, emergency panels
- PLC, relay, and AC/DC panels; National Instruments panels
- PLC work: analog and digital I/O, expandable racks, AC and DC power supplies, ladder logic supplied with the job
- Panels for hazardous locations, with intrinsically safe circuit extensions
- AutoCAD schematic drawings delivered with every panel
CONSTA-FLOW
Variable frequency airflow control.
A dust collection system designed for every pickup running at once spends most of its life moving air it does not need. Consta-Flow holds duct velocity constant with a VFD and PLC, compensating in real time as filters load and as workstations drop off line.
- Holds constant transport velocity as system pressure drop changes
- Reduces airflow as workstations come off line
- At 80% fan speed, the motor draws 51% of full load power
- At 60% fan speed, energy use is roughly 75% below full speed
- Consta-Flow II retrofits to existing motor controls or ships as a complete system
- Eliminates mechanical dampers
- Built-in diagnostics and data logging
- Also applied to HVAC supply and return fans, cooling towers, boilers, chilled water distribution pumps, chillers, and wastewater treatment

MONITORING AND DATA LOGGING
Records that hold up in an audit.
Differential pressure across the filter bank tells you when to change media. A logged record of it tells a regulator what the system was doing on a given shift. Sensors are available wired or wireless depending on what the plant already runs.
- Wired and wireless sensor options
- Temperature, CO, CO2, and differential pressure monitoring
- Broken bag and filter leak detection alarms
- Smoke detection and spark ignition monitoring
- Logged records supporting EPA, MACT, and OSHA compliance
Also handled
Radio controls, pendants, brakes and contactors are supplied and serviced alongside the crane and hoist work.
[NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: current radio control, pendant, and brake and contactor lines carried, since those pages on the existing site carry no product detail]
[NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: whether PLC platforms are limited to specific brands, and which HMI lines are standard]
Send the sequence of operation.
Motor list, voltage, area classification, and what the panel has to talk to. If a sequence does not exist yet, we will write one and send it back for markup.
