SERVICE
Inspections, repairs, and 24/7 emergency response.
Factory-trained technicians on cranes, hoists, and dust collectors, all makes and models. Written inspection reports, load testing and certification, and a parts inventory behind it.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE
A down crane is a down department.
The service department is on call around the clock. Calls are triaged by what the equipment feeds, because a hoist that is holding up a shipping line is a different problem from one on a spare bay.
- On-call service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- On-site repair on all makes and models
- In-house rebuild and repair, including gearbox inspection and rebuild
- Cable and bearing changes
- Radio control repair and upgrade
- Manufacturer-authorized warranty and repair center
OSHA INSPECTIONS
OSHA 1910.179, documented.
Frequent and periodic inspections on the interval your equipment class requires, with a written report and a prioritized repair list. Findings get reviewed with your sales representative so you are not reading a PDF alone.
- Inspections against OSHA 1910.179
- Annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly intervals
- Periodic and frequent inspection types
- Covers cranes, hoists, slings, rigging, and below-the-hook lifting devices
- Load testing and certification
- Written inspection reports with recommended repairs
- Customized preventative maintenance programs
- CMAA and OSHA compliance work

DUST COLLECTOR INSPECTIONS
The whole machine, not just the filters.
A collector rarely fails at the filter. It fails at a stuck solenoid, a cracked diaphragm, a leaking door gasket, or a timer board nobody has looked at in six years. Baghouse, cartridge, electrostatic, and mist units, all makes and models.
- Mechanical: housing, filter doors and gaskets, tubesheet, duct inlet and outlet, line shafting and couplings, bearings, fan wheels and housings, body and frame, fasteners, blower belt tension and wear
- Electrical: motor operation with amp readings, control sequencing, electrical disconnect, timer board operation
- Pneumatic and filter: filter pressure gauge, incoming air supply, air pressure set to spec, diaphragm hoses, solenoid hoses and wiring, system leak detection, filter leak check, filter condition, water and oil contamination
- Replacement filters and parts supplied from stock
- Unit refurbishment where replacement is not justified
INSTALLATION AND TRAINING
Turnkey work and operator certification.
Installation, relocation, and modernization on crane and collector systems, plus in-plant operator training that ends with a license rather than a handout.
- Turnkey crane installation, relocation, start-up, and equipment training
- Runway evaluation, alignment, and leveling
- Control automation upgrades and modernization
- Rail systems and runway electrification
- Overhead crane operator group training with in-plant pre-operation exams
- Training topics: slings and rigging, chain and rope assessment, hook evaluation, pre-operation checklist review, safety video instruction
- Course booklet and safety posters supplied; operator license and participation certificate issued on completion
- Night, weekend, and customized class scheduling

[NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: current service fleet size and the geographic radius covered for routine versus emergency calls]
[NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: typical emergency response time commitment, and whether after-hours calls route to a person or a service]
[NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: whether inspections are offered under a contract or per visit, and how PM intervals are priced]
Put the inspection on a schedule.
Send an equipment list with capacities and last inspection dates. We will come back with an interval and a scope for each asset.
