IWI Incorporated has supplied and serviced industrial dust collection, material handling, and lifting equipment since 1972, from Wickliffe, Ohio.
WHAT WE DO
Distribution and engineering in the same building as the service truck.
Most plants end up with three vendors on the same problem: one who sells the collector, one who runs the duct, and one who wires it. We do all three, which means the person who sized the equipment is the one who answers when it does not behave the way the submittal said it would.
Work covers dust and fume collection, combustible dust protection, overhead lifting, chip and coolant handling, and the control panels that run them. Installations are supplied to private and public companies, universities, and government agencies.
How a project runs

Specify
Process data first: material, loading, temperature, moisture, duty cycle, area classification, and what the building steel will carry. Equipment gets selected against that, not against a budget number.

Install
Turnkey: layout and duct design, rigging, structural work, electrical, panel build, start-up, and testing. Existing equipment removed and disposed of where it is being replaced.

Maintain
Inspection intervals set per asset, written reports, stocked filters and wear parts, and a 24/7 number for the times the schedule does not matter.
